Returns

▶ Conditions for accepting a return:

The User may return products purchased on the website provided that:

  • Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery .

  • Or, in the case of a defective product , within the warranty period specified for that item.

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was received, preferably in its original packaging , or an alternative that guarantees its return in perfect condition.


▶ Return process:

  1. Request : The User must contact the customer service center within the established period, indicating:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Products to return

    • Pickup address

    • If the reason is a defect or error, you must explain it and describe the damages.

  2. Approval and shipping guide :
    If the application is approved, the company:

    • Will provide a shipping guide

    • You will schedule the pickup through a transport company

  3. Packaging by the User :
    The User must:

    • Pack the product in its original box or packaging

    • Print the guide and deliver it with the package to the carrier on the agreed date.


💳 REFUNDS

▶ Refund method:

  • If payment was made by card (credit or debit) : a refund will be made to the same card used.

  • If it was by another means : a bank transfer will be made to the User's account.

▶ What is reimbursed:

  • The total value of the returned product

  • The shipping cost originally paid by the User (when applicable)

  • The company is not responsible for returns that do not follow the official procedure described in the Returns section.


⏱️ Refund deadlines

1. Cancellation before shipment:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of the cancellation request.

2. Return with product received:

  • After receiving and reviewing the returned products:

    • If they meet the required conditions, the refund will be issued within 7 calendar days of receipt.
